What does DDP mean, and what’s included in the price?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything: ocean freight, export and import customs clearance, duties and taxes, and final delivery to your door. The price we quote is the total price — no additional fees at destination.
I buy from multiple suppliers. How does consolidation work?
Each supplier ships their goods to our warehouse in Shenzhen with your order number. We receive, inspect and inventory every order, then combine everything into one LCL or FCL shipment to Canada. This saves you freight costs and simplifies customs — one shipment, one set of documents.
Do you deliver to rural addresses in Quebec or other provinces?
Yes. Our regular route comes in via the Port of Montreal and covers Quebec City and surrounding areas, including rural and remote addresses. We also serve Toronto, Vancouver and other major Canadian cities.
How fast will I get my goods?
Transit time from Shenzhen to Montreal is typically 30–45 days by sea, plus 2–5 days for customs clearance and final delivery depending on your address. We’ll give you an exact timeline with your quote.
Can I start with a small test shipment?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Start with one small LCL consolidation so you can judge our communication, speed and accuracy before committing to regular volumes.
What if one of my suppliers’ goods arrives late?
We coordinate directly with your suppliers and keep you informed. If a late order would delay your container, we’ll discuss options — wait for the goods or ship what’s ready and send the rest in the next consolidation.
